<br />The Community Investment Fund investment interest earned is under budget because of the loan to the
<br />Water Operating Fund for the Navarre water plant rehabilitation project. The interest on the loan for the
<br />year 2001 is $22,210. When the interest from the loan is added to the investment interest
<br />the total interest earned for the year is $132,033. The Water Operating loan is scheduled to be repaid in
<br />annual installments of $31,660 plus interest, ending in 2013.
