Shull <br />2285 French Lake Road <br />Variance Review <br />Zoning Dbtrict: RR-1B/PRD One Family Rural Residential District (2 acre) <br />Council Action of February 11,2002: <br />I he Council voted 3 to 0 to permit the property owners of 2285 French Lake Road to make the <br />requested changes to their site plan and directed staff to draft a resolution for adoption at the <br />February 25,2002 meeting. <br />Review: <br />The City Council adopted, on consent. Resolution No. 4695 for Richard and Anne Shull to grant <br />variances to permit construction of a two stall garage and a new entr> w ay to an existing one level <br />residence at 2285 French Lake Road . The garage and entry way addition are within 150' ot <br />French Lake, a Natural Environment lake. The applicants builder applied for a building permit. <br />The garage and entry way were different square footage than what was approved. A floor to <br />ceiling bay window was also added. The garage, entry way and bay window are all located in the <br />0-75' setback zone. The hardcover is increasing from what was approved but still less than what <br />currently exists. <br />COUNCIL ACTION REQUESTED: <br />To adopt or amend the enclosed resolution.
