Friday, Februaiy IS, 2002. <br />The enclosed tabulation contains a complete accounting of all bids. <br />The accepted low bids for materials are determined by availability and location of materials. <br />Traveling distance to a supplier is considered a cost factor when determining a low bid. <br />When renting equipment with an operator, we are guided by the type, size of equipment, and an <br />hourly rate. It is possible to award the low bid to more than one contractor when considering <br />materials and equipment.
