(54.6%) hardcover in the 75-250’ lakeshore setback <br />where 2,822 s.f. exists and 1.346 is allowed. A recommendation of approval shall include <br />the following special conditions: <br />1.All landscaping plastic located on the property shall be removed prior to the final <br />building inspection for the new addition. <br />2. Final drainage plan shall include approved drainage plan to allow stormwater to be <br />channeled around the east side of the house. <br />3. Gutters shall be installed if required to improve drainage from the roof line. <br />B. Recommend denial, stating reasons. <br />C. Table, provide direction to applicant on possible plan revisions. <br />Staff Recommendation <br />Alternative A. Staff recommendation finds the existing house was constructed prior to adoption of <br />current zoning standards.
