The addition is proposed to be 8* from the east property line encroaching <br />2' into the 10’ required side yard setback. The 2' variance is requested to allow the proposed addition <br />to match the existing exterior wall on the house. Currently, the house is located 8' from the property <br />line. <br />A second variance is requested to permit additional hardcover in the 75-250' lakeshore setback. <br />Proposed is to increase the total hardcover in the 75-250' setback by 120 s.f.
