Statement of Hardship: <br />The applicants have included their statement of hardship in Exhibit D. The applicant should also <br />be ask^ for their testimony regarding this issue. <br />Issues for Consideration: <br />1.The addition and walk increase the amount of hardcover in the 75-250' setback zone, <br />however the applicant is proposing to remove hardcover in this setback zone to offset the <br />increase. <br />2.Lot coverage by structures is increasing to 3,476 s.f. (10.03%), still well below the allowed <br />15%. <br />3.The residence was constructed in 1951.
