Statement of Hardship: <br />The applicants have included their statement of hardship in Exhibit B. The applicant should also be <br />asked for their testimony regarding this issue. <br />Issues for Consideration: <br />1.The addition meets lot coverage by structures, yard setbacks and hardcover requirements for <br />the property. <br />2. <br />3. <br />The original existing house was built prior to lakeshore regulations. <br />The shape of the shoreline makes it difficult for this property to meet the average lakeshore <br />setback. <br />4.If the street was not between this property and the next lakeshore property to the north along <br />Shoreline Drive, the residence would be behind the average lakeshore setback.
