-/f <br />CITY of ORONO <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br />NO. <br />6.The City Council has considered this application including the fmdings and <br />recommendations of the Planning Commission, reports by City staff, comments <br />by the applicants and the effect of the proposed variance on the health, safety and <br />welfare of the community. <br />CONCLUSIONS, ORDER AND CONDITIONS <br />Based upon one or more of the above findings, the Orono City Council hereby <br />grants variances to Municipal Zoning Code Sections 10.03, Subdivision 14 (C); 10.22,------------^ --------- — , <br />Subdivision 2; and 10.56, Subdivision 16 (L) to permit the construction of a 381 s.f. addition <br />to the residence and covered entry of approximately 249 s.f. in area, subject to the following <br />conditions: <br />1.Lot coverage by strucmres on the property shall be limited to 20.0% of the lot <br />area. <br />2. Upon application for a building permit, applicants shall complete the following: <br />A. Show all existing and proposed improvements on a copy of the certificate <br />of survey. <br />B. Provide detailed grading and drainage plan. <br />3.All hardcover scheduled for removal on the property as shown on page 6 of this <br />resolution shall be removed prior to the footing inspection for the new <br />construction. The owner and future owners of the property are advised that any <br />future proposals to add hardcover on the property will require prior City <br />approval, and might be approved only in conjunction with concurrent hardcover <br />removals, resulting in no net hardcover increase. <br />4.Authorities granted by this resolution run with the property not with the <br />applicants, but are permissive only and must be exercised by application for a <br />building permit within one year of the date of Council approval, or this variance <br />will expire on that date (November 8, 1994). <br />Page 3 of 6
