The Pay Equity Act requires that reasonable pay relationships be maintained between <br />job classes regardless of the gender of the incumbents of those job classes. The City's Pay Equity <br />Report is attached. The report reflects the actual pay relationships between all job classes as of <br />December 31,2001. <br />COUNCIL ACTION REQUESTED: <br />Motion to approve the City’s Pay Equity Report. <br />t m.wrjr,^ - il
