Gappa <br />Tkic Director of Public Services <br />Administrator Reviewed:Agenda Section: <br />Public Services Director's Report <br />Item Description: Refund Letter of Credit Proceeds for Jacobs Mill Subdivision <br />In 2000, the city cashed a letter of credit in the amount of $5,000 for the Jacobs Mill Subdiv ision <br />because the developer had failed to complete construction of the pond outlet control structure to <br />conform to the approved plans. The developer has completed the corrections to the outlet structure <br />and the City Engineer has approved the structure. We are recommending refunding the letter of <br />credit proceeds based on final acceptance of the outlet control structure for the project. <br />COUNCIL ACTION REQUESTED: <br />Motion to approve the refund, to the developer, of $5,000 in letter of credit proceeds for the Jacobs <br />Mill Subdivision <br />I iMT l>Br mil
