Council tabled action on the liquor <br />license application for Paul Ode and indicated action may be taken at a special meeting if all <br />required information was received. <br />Please refer to the attached memo from Sergeant Erickson outlining the status of the application <br />and receipt of the required insurance information. <br />Staff Recommendation <br />Staff recommends approval of the license, conditioned upon receipt of proof of continuing <br />coverage for workers compensation and the final background investigation remaining favorable. <br />If these conditions arc not met, action to rescind the license will be taken at the January 26,2004 <br />regular Council meeting. <br />COUNCIL ACTION REQUESTED: <br />Motion to approve the application of Paul Ode for an On Sale and Off Sale 3.2 Percent Malt <br />Liquor license for Navarre Lanes at 3435 Shoreline Drive effective January 1,2004 through <br />December 31 ,2004, conditioned upon receipt of proof of continuing coverage for workers <br />compensation insurance and the final background investigation remaining favorable.
