ORONO CITY COUNCIL MEETING <br />MONDAY, NOVEMBER 24,2003 <br />COUNCIL <br />DEC 8 2t*w <br />CITY OH UHU.mO <br />ROLL <br />The Council met on the above-mentioned date with the following members present: Mayor <br />Barbara Peterson, Council Members Bob Sansevere, Jim Murphy, Jim White, and Lili <br />McMillan. Representing staff were City Administrator Ron Moorse, Planning Director Mike <br />Gaffron, City Planner Melanie Foth, City Planner Janice Waatasa, City Attorney Tom <br />Barrett, City Engineer Tom Kellogg, Public Services Director Greg Gappa, and Recorder <br />Alissa Wintemheimer. <br />Mayor Peterson called the meeting to order at 7:08 p.m. <br />CONSENT AGENDA <br />I. Approvc/Amend <br />Items 6.14, and 16 were added to the Consent Agenda. <br />Sansevere moved, and White seconded, to approve the consent agenda as amended. <br />Vote: Ayes 5, Nays 0. <br />APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br />*2. Minutes of the Regular Council Meeting of November 10,2003 <br />Sansevere moved, and White seconded, to approve the Minutes of the Regular <br />Council Meeting of November 10,2003. <br />Vote: Ayes 5, Nays 0. <br />PARK COMMISSION COMMENTS—DREW MCDERMOTT, <br />REPRESENTATIVE <br />McDermott stated that the snou fall means winter activities will be able to occur on <br />schedule. They were pleased with the work session. He thanked Mayor Peterson for <br />keeping the public audience present at the last meeting for the Friends of the Parks award <br />presentation. He also remarked that the lighting at the Navarre fire station was excellently <br />done. <br />PLANNING COMMISSION COMMENTS <br />None. <br />(g)
