As of this writing we have no word from the applicants as <br />to their intent to q>pear. <br />Because the deck remains tn violation, with the tegat application review period soon to expire, and <br />the property being for sate. Council may wish to direct the City Attorney to take iegtd action <br />immediately to ensure that the current owner remains liable for correcting the violation. <br />Staff Recommendation <br />Staff recommends adoption of the Denial Resolution.
