The space that currently exists between the house and garage <br />would be filled in and the second story with dormers would be over the entire residence <br />including the garage. <br />Bottenberg reported that lot co\ erase by structure would remain below the allowed 15%, <br />even " ‘th the addition of the proposed second story and attaching the garage.
