She urged the Commission and staff to fii^drfurther <br />reductions in hardcovd <br />While the applicant has volotj^ered to remove portions of the d*iv^>^y, Foth stated that <br />further removals from the driveway would leave the hor-emroers with little usable <br />driveway space. <br />Mr. Tripp stated there were no changes tojihose levels and f.mher volunteered to remove <br />some wooden steps on the site. <br />Foth stated that the removal of^e steps would constitute'^ additional 128 s.f <br />While she wished fo^unher reductions, Hawn acknowledged the applicant had done his <br />best to find the ci^nt. .movals and she could accept these. <br />/ <br />/ <br />Hawn moved, Rahn seconded, to recommend approval of Applicatioit^03-2953, Greg <br />Tripp, 3229C Casco Circle, granting the average lakesbore setback, nardcover, and <br />lake/Setback variances in order to change the roof line and pitch of tn^roof, add <br />dormers, and aesthetically improve the design, subject to the removal of all mdscape <br />plastic and liners, as well as, removal of the side wood wallovay.
