Applicant to remove the 8 ’xl2' deck, but will <br />be allowed to replace it with a 4 ’x7' walkway with 3' wide stairway to grade. <br />2.Applicant to remove the following items of hardcover: <br />Concrete sidewalk at north side of house. <br />Concrete slab adjacent to accessory building <br />Fabric and plastic liner from all landscape areas. <br />3.Applicant is placed on notice that the deck and accessory building are nonconforming <br />structures and subject to the pertinent ordinances limiting the degree of structural repair <br />allowable for such structures. <br />4. Applicant is advised that replacement of the staii^vays providing access to the lake is <br />allowed but will require building permits at the time such actiuty is commenced. <br />VOTE: 4 FOR I AGAINST <br />Applicant’s next scheduled meeting is confirmed as: <br />City Council - Monday, October 27, 2003; meeting starts at 7:00 p.m. <br />Review Period Extension. State law pro\ides that Cities shall make decisions on zoning requests <br />within 60 days from the date of subminal of a complete application, and that this review period may <br />be extended by notification to the applicant. Your application was considered as complete on August <br />26, 2003 and the 60-day review period would end on October 26, 2003. However, because the earliest <br />potential date of final Council action falls after the 60-day period ends, the 60-day review period is <br />hereby extended an additional 60 days to December 24, 2003. <br />If you desire certified copies of the official Planning Commission minutes, they are available <br />from the City Recorder after review and approval by the Planning Commission.
