They <br />reportedy have a caterers's liquor license. The will have bar tenders at the function. I have suggested <br />th^ adopt an " ID under 30" policy. The have many people coming from out of the area. Mostwfllbe <br />sta^g at the Sheraton West hotel In Minnetonka. They will run charter busses from there to the <br />Excelsior dock to avoid parking problems. They are asking for permission to park 10 vehicles per toidkig <br />(or over night sta/s. I told him I thought that would be ok. I will check with Hennepin County and DNR to <br />be sure. I would recommend deleting the last line on your draft of conditions. I don't think we need lo <br />have an officer out there as an option. If the council wants to mandate they do that would be ok. It seems <br />to Kfy the way it is now. We might want to specify the hours that alcohol will be sen/ed. Are the hom <br />Noon till 11:00 pm each day? He also said they are probable going to drop the RVs being barged out to <br />the Island and just go with tents for those (hat want it. I would also suggest they have a weather alert <br />radio available on site at all times. This is prime storm season yet. Have I helped or created more <br />questions??
