The intent of this ordinance is to confirm that the <br />accessory structure conforms to the principal building setback requirements. The pool is <br />considered an accessory structure and is therefore subject to these requirements. <br />As shown on the survey/site plan the pool will meet all principal building setbacks, being <br />setback approximately 165* from Watertown Road, 525 ’ from McCullcy Road, and 155 ’ <br />from the interior side lot line. The pool will be located behind the home and not be <br />visible fro.m any of the adjacent streets.
