Approval subject to the pool location indicated on the submitted plans. <br />Pertinent Zoning Ordinance Sections <br />Section 10.03, Subdivision 10: Conditional Use Permit Required. At this time planning department staff <br />informed the applicant that the plans submitted for the bam do not meet the 75 foot <br />setback required by Zoning Ordinance. At that time the applicant stated that he will be <br />suemitting plans at a later date showing a revised location for the bam which w ill <br />similarly require a “through lot” CUP application. Therefore, this application is for <br />AM-‘A
