At this time planning department staff <br />informed the applicant that the plans submitted for the bam do not meet the 75 foot <br />setback required by Zoning Ordinance. At that time the applicant stated that he will be <br />suemitting plans at a later date showing a revised location for the bam which w ill <br />similarly require a “through lot” CUP application.
