r <br />A RESOLUTION ORDERING PREPARATION OF A FEASIBILITY <br />REPORT WEST FOR WEST FARM SANITARY SEWER <br />WHEREAS, the neighborhood residents have presented a petition requesting an assessment <br />project for the construction of a sanitary sewer system. <br />WHEREAS, it is proposed that the benefitted property(s) be assessed for all of the cost of <br />the improvements pursuant to Minnesota Statutes Chapter 429. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council ofOrono, Minnesota that <br />the proposed improvements be referred to the City Engineer for study, and that he is instructed to <br />report to the Council with all convenient speed advising the Council in a preliminary way as to <br />whether the proposed improvement is necessary , cost effective, and feasible and whether it should <br />best be made as proposed or in connection with some other improvement and the estimated cost of <br />the improvement as recommended. <br />Adopted by the City Council of the City of Orono this 8th day of September 2003. <br />ATTEST: <br />Linda S.
