Gappa <br />Titk Director of Public Services <br />Administrator Reviewed: Agenda Section: <br />Public Services Director's Report <br />Item Description: Order preparation of aveasibility Study West Farm Sewer- Resolution <br />We have received a signed petition from four of the six houses on the eastern end of Homestead <br />Road requesting preparation of a feasibility study for the installation of a sanitary sewer system. <br />These property owners comprise more 35% of the property owners which is the threshold required <br />in State Statues to request a feasibility study for an assessment project. Five these properties have <br />nonconforming septic systems, and the potential for adequate replacement septic sites is limited by <br />topography and required lakeshore setbacks. <br />We are recommending approval the resolution ordering the preparation of a feasibility study for this <br />project. <br />COUNOL ACTION REQUESTED <br />Motion to approve the resolution ordering the preparation of a feasibility study for the West Farm <br />sanitary sewer system. <br />na/kOi J
