<br />Marc has been an appraiser since 1982. and has the MAI designation of the Appraisal Institute. He specializes

<br />extensive litigation/expert witness experience and has served as a court appointed commissioner. He is a Past
<br />President of the Metro/Minnesota Chapter of the Appraisal Institute (1992 A 1993). A graduate of Macalesler
<br />College. Marc is licensed as a Certified General Real Property Appraiser

<br />Active as an appraiser since 1980, Steve has the MAI designation of the Appraisal Institute and the ASA
<br />designation of the American Society of Appraisers, machinery and equipment. Real estate expertise includes
<br />general commercial, industrial, multi- family properties, specializing in agri-business. Machinery and
<br />equipment appraisal includes manufacturing and food processing, construction, printing/packaging, furniture/

<br />a significant part of his time also involves the valuation of single family houses, condos, townhouses, and
