The process includes obtaining <br />appraisals of each of the parcels. A proposal for the appraisals has been provided by the firm of <br />Bettendorf Rohrer Knoche Wall, Inc. (BRKW) who conducted an appraisal of parcels to be acquired <br />for Saga Hill Paric several years ago. The cost for appraisals of both parcels is $4,200.00. It is <br />recommended that the proposal from BRKW be accepted. <br />COUNCIL ACTION REQUESTED: <br />Motion to accept the proposal from BRKW for the appraisal of two parcels for the Saga Hill Park <br />land exchange, at a cost of $4,200.00, to be funded from the Park Fund, and to approve a budget <br />adjustment to reflect the expenditure.
