To: <br />From: <br />Date: <br />Subject: <br />Lin Vee, City Cleric <br />Mike Gaflron, Planning Director <br />September 4,2003 <br />Planning Conunission Review of Recodification > Zoning Changes <br />Pursuant to published and posted legal notice as required by Minnesota Statutes, the Planning <br />Commission held a public hearing at 5:30 p.m. on Wednesday, September 3,2003 regarding the <br />proposed Zoning Code language changes resulting fix>m recodification of the Municipal Code. There <br />were no public conunents. Planning Commission debated the wording change regarding “undue <br />hardship" vs. ''parameters" in regards to the variance administration section, and concluded that the <br />proposed language is iq>propriate.
