CITYof ORONO <br />IdisUm <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br />NO. 1 0 -*__ <br />CONCLUSIONS, ORDER AND CONDITIONS <br />Based upon one or more of the above findings, the Orono City Council hereby <br />grants a variance to Municipal Zoning Code Sections 10.22. Subdivision 2 and 10.56, <br />Subdivision 16 (L) to permit the construction of a wo story addition constitutmg ad i <br />hardcover in the 75-250 ’ zone in excess of the 25% hardcover nonnally aUowed, subject to the <br />following conditions: <br />1. <br />2. <br />3. <br />4. <br />5. <br />Prior to footing inspection for the addition, applicants shaU remove landscape bed <br />hardcover as shown on the sketch and list attached to this resolution as Exhibit <br />A Hardcover in the 0-75 ’ zone shall be limited to 12 s.f. or 0.2%. and m ^e <br />75-250 ’ zone shall be limited to 5.770 s.f. or 31.7%.
