The <br />name of the plat is 'MINTAKA". The plat results in two building sites and an access outlot. <br />Finalizing of the plat has been somewhat delayed by tide issues related to a legal description and <br />survey discrepancy regarding the location of a lot line. Efforts to resolve this issue have resulted in <br />the applicant working with the City Attorney to establish a Title Insurance Policy naming the City <br />as an insured party pending quiet title action to resolve the minor discrepancy, which may take <br />another year.
