The property currently has hardcover ir. the 0-75’ zone (4.91%), where only 0.2% <br />hardcover was allowed in the pre\ ious variance approval, and is therefore over on hardcover <br />amounts in the 75'-250" zone by 2,983 s.f, not including the 3,331 s.f of landscape <br />underlain with plastic and/or fabric. <br />A hardcover variance was approved in 1995 to allow 7,295 s.f hardcover within the 75 ’-250’ <br />zone. Since that time 314 s.f of hardcover w’as added to the 0-75’ zone and 3,458 of <br />hardcover has been added to the 75 ’-250’ zone.
