The State Law Reference Table, also at the end of the Code, shows the location within the <br />new Code of references to the Minnesota Statutes. <br />7.Hie Code Index, which is the last section of the Code book, provides a valuable lookup tool <br />to use when researching various topics. <br />Staff Recommendation <br />Staff recommends adopting the attached ordinance enacting a new Code for the City of Orono, <br />Minnesota, providing for the repeal of certain ordinances not included therein; providing a penalty for <br />the violation thereof; providing for the manner of amending such code; and providing when such code <br />and the ordinance shall become effective. <br />COUNCIL ACTION REQUESTED: <br />Motion to adopt the attached ordinance enacting a new Code for the City of Orono, Minnesota, <br />providing for the repeal of certain ordinances not included therein; providing a penalty for the violation <br />thereof; providing for the manner of amending such Code; and providing when such Code and the <br />ordinance shall become effective. <br />MM
