Any future alteration to the site plan, that will expand the conditional <br />use, shall require an amendment to this conditional use permit approval. <br />Future replacement of site signage will require separate review and approval at the <br />time such signage is proposed. <br />An accessory storage building up to 200 s.f. in area may be constructed generally <br />southwest of the church building, shall meet a minimum setback of at least 50* from <br />all lot lines, and shall be subject to a separate building permit prior to installation. <br />Authorities granted by this resolution lun with the property not with the applicants, <br />but are permissive only and must be exercised by application for a building permit <br />within one year of the date of Council approval or the special conditions of this <br />resolution will expire on that date (August 11,2004). <br />Violation of or non-compliance with any of the terms and conditions of this <br />resolution shall constitute a violation of the zoning code, shall automatically <br />terminate any authority granted herein, and shall be punishable as a misdemeanor. <br />The undersigned applicant has read, understood and hereby agree to the terms of this <br />resolution and on behalf of themselves, their heirs, successors and assigns, hereby <br />agree to the recording of this resolution in the Chain of Title of the property. <br />Adopted by the Orono City Council on this 11th day of August, 2003. <br />Linda S.
