Surveyor will provide exact <br />property line setback proposed. <br />♦ L^eside setback will be less than the required 75 feet The current home is in <br />violation of this setback lequirment. Surveyor will provide exact <br />property line setback proposed. <br />♦ Common L^nhore setback will be maintainf^ It 15 believe the current <br />home falls in line with this setback. Surveyor will provide exact property liny <br />setback proposed. <br />♦ H^cover Ordinance cannot meet the suggested allowable percentages. The <br />existing conditions of the property are in violation of both the 75-foot zone <br />and the 250-foot zone.
