Miscellaneous Provisions Continued: <br />4.5 Conflicts: No salaried or employee of the City shall have a financial <br />interest, direct or indirect, in this contract. The violation of this <br />provision renders the Contract void. Any federal regulations and <br />applicable state statutes shall not be violated. <br />4.6 Discrimination: In performance of this contract, the Provider shall <br />not discriminate on the grounds of or because of race, color, creed, <br />religion, national origin, sex, marital status, status with regard to <br />public assistance, disability, sexual orientation or age, against any <br />employee of the Provider, any subcontractor of the Provider or any <br />applicant for employment. The Provider shall include a similar <br />provision in all contracts with subcontractors to this contract. The <br />Provider further agrees to comply with all aspects of the Minnesota <br />Human Rights Act, MN Statute 363.01 ct seq.. Title VI of the Civil <br />Rights Act of 1964 and the Americans with Disabilities act of 1990. <br />4.7 Whole Agreement: This Agreement and the attached Exhibit A <br />constitute the final and complete agreement of the parties and shall <br />supersede and replace any prior oral or written agreements between <br />City and Provider.
