Section 10.56, Subd. 7 (A) and Section 10.56, Subd. 16 (C) (1): Natural Environment <br />Lakes: French Lake is classified as a Natural Environment Lake, requiring a structural <br />setback of 150’ from the OHWL of 930.5’. <br />2.Section 10.22, Subd. 2, Section 10.56, Subd. 16 (LXl) and Section 10.56, Subd. 16 <br />(J)(3): Hardcover within 75*: No hardcover or impervious surface shall be placed, <br />located or constructed within 75 feet of the Ordinary High Water Level of any lake or <br />tributary. (Request: to permit hardcover within the 0 to 75 ’ setback zone from the <br />OHWL of French Lake where no hardcover is permitted). <br />i
