S 9.34 <br />B. When the fire lane is located on private <br />propertyr the required signs shall be erected by the property owner <br />at his own expense within thirty (30) days of the date of the order <br />establishing the fire lane. <br />Subd. 10. Fire Lane Maintenance. All established fire <br />lanes shall be permanently and continuously maintained by the <br />property owner to be free from obstructions including motor ^ <br />vehicles* trailers* equipment* storage* rubbish* vegetation or , <br />accumulations of dirt or snow. All required fire lane signs shall <br />be permanently and continuously maintained by the property owner to <br />be securely fastened* not visually obstructed in any way* and free <br />from paint or vandalism. Missing or vandalized signs shall be <br />promptly replaced. <br />Subd. 11. Obstructing Fire Lane. Whether located on <br />public property or on private property* it is unlawful for any <br />person to obstruct any established fire lane at any time. <br />Subd. 12. Required Water Supply N&w Construction. The <br />Building Official may order the installAtiou or relocation of fire <br />hydrants in areas not served by the municipal water system* and for <br />uses other than single-family residential* a self-contained on-site <br />source of water as a condition of issuance of a building permit. <br />Source: City Code <br />Effective Date: 4-1-54 <br />SBC. 9.35. FIRE* BU.* CLARY AND SAFETY ALARM REGOLATIOHS AND <br />REQUIREMENTS. <br />Subd. 1. Purpose and Scope. <br />A. This Section provides for regulation in the use <br />of fire* burgl^ry* and safety alarms* establishes users' fees* and <br />establishes a system of administration. <br />B. The purpose of this Section is to protect the <br />public safety services of the City from misuse of public safety <br />alarms and to provide for the maximum possible service to public <br />safety alarm users. <br />Subd. 2. Definitions. The following terms* as used in <br />**his Sec'iion* shall nave the meanings stated: <br />1. "Public Safety Personnel" - City employees or <br />employees duly authorized to maintain and enforce public safety. <br />2.
