ScctioB 2. The Municipal Code of Orono is amended by adding Section 10.53, Subd.l0 to read <br />asfollowsr " • <br />“Subd. 10. PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT NO. 3 <br />- PROFESSIONAL PROPERTIES OF ORONO. INC. <br />A.Legal Description. PUD No. 3 is legally described as Lot 1, Block 2, City of <br />Orono Addition, Hennepin County, Minnesota; and Lot 1, Block 1, Willow <br />Properties Addition, Hennepin County, Minnesota. <br />B.Incorporated herein by reference are the PROFESSIONAL PROPERTIES OF <br />ORONO, INC. PUD plans attached as exhibits to the PUD No. 3 agreement, <br />on file in the Office of the Zoning Administrator under File #’s 2782/2842/ <br />2843. <br />C.Allowaole Uses. The uses allowed in PUD No. 3 are any permitted or <br />accessory uses allowed in the B-6 Highway Commercial District. <br />D.Development Standards. Development standards shall be as indicated on the <br />approved PUD No. 3 General Development Plan as documented within City <br />Council Resolution No. 4890 and the PUD No. 3 Agreement on file in the <br />Office of the Zoning Administrator under File #2782/2842/2843. <br />Section 3.
