Your application is scheduled to appear before the Planning Commission on Monday, <br />Apnl 21 at 8:00 p.m. or shortly thereafter. You will be receiving a staff report in the mail prior to <br />While your application submittal appears at this time to be complete, it may be determined during <br />the staff review that additional information is necessary. At this time, we are requesting the <br />following additional information to supplement your application: <br />1.Narrative description of your project describing the office condo concept, your intended <br />market, the basis for what appears to be a significant departure fi-om the minimum parking <br />requirements, how the two and three level office layout is intended to function (will some <br />L being leased?) and any other information about the project that <br />will help the Planning Commission understand your proposal. <br />2.A listing with addresses of similar projects you have completed that City staff and Planning <br />Commissioners can visit. <br />3. Statement as to ownership status of the property (copy of purchase agreement or ?). <br />The above information should be submitted no later than Friday, April 11 to ensure adequate staff <br />review time.
