ORDINANCE NO. 2ig SECOND SERIES <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING <br />CHAPTER 5 OF THE ORONO MUNICH>AL CODE <br />BY AMENDING SECTION 530, SUBDIVISION 3H. <br />PROVIDING FOk EXTENSIONS TO THE 10-DAY LI^^T <br />FOR TRANSIENT MERCHANTS LICENSES <br />The CiQr Council of Orono ordains as follows: <br />**H. Ajhransicnt merchant wll initially be licensed for a maximum of 10 days per calendar <br />year. The City Council at its sole discretion may grant an extension for up to 50 additional <br />days per calendar year upon application for an extension.^ <br />Section 2. Adoption and Publication.
