5^ 4 4 ’ t <br />1, <br />attorneys' fees, resulting directly or <br />indirectly from any act or omission of the <br />Contractor, its subcontractors, anyone <br />directly or indirectly employed by them, <br />and/or anyone for whose acts and/or <br />omissions they may be liable in the <br />performance of the services required by this <br />Contract, and against all loss by reason of <br />injuries or damages received or sustained by <br />a person, persons, or property on account of <br />the operations of the Contractor or any <br />subcontractor or their agents or employees; <br />or on account of or in consequence of any <br />neglect in safeguarding the work; or through <br />use of unacceptable materials in <br />constructing the work; or because of any <br />environmental damage or hazardous material <br />damage caused by or resulting from the <br />Contractor's activities; or because of any <br />act or omission, neglect, or misconduct of <br />the Contractor; or because of any claims <br />arising or amounts recovered from <br />infringements of patent, trademark, or <br />copyright; or because of any claims arising <br />or amounts recovered under the Worker's <br />65011R <br />-8- <br />I <br />J <br />tfii
