receives written notice from the State, the <br />State may remove the EVP Systems. Upon <br />removal of the EVP Systems pursuant to this <br />Paragraph, all of its parts and conponents <br />become the property of the State, <br />e) All timing of the EVP Systems will be <br />determined by the State. <br />10. The construction work provided for herein will be <br />under the direction and supervision of the State. It is agreed. <br />however, that the County and the City will have the right to <br />periodically inspect the cost sharing construction work provided <br />for in Paragraph 3. The State will have the exclusive right to <br />determine whether the work has been satisfactorily performed by <br />the State's Contractor. <br />11.
