They could stack about 20 minutes worth of traffic, and stacking is not an <br />issue. They would either like approval, or to remove the language from the developer’s <br />agreement so that the issue could be discussed when the plans come for approval in the <br />future. <br />He stated that he had an issue with the sewer/water/drainage fee credits language in item 2 <br />of the developer’s agreement. It listed specific amounts and he felt there could be minor <br />changes in the amounts. He suggested the item state that “the engineer will verify the <br />amoimts.’’ <br />Nygatd stated he ^proved of the right-in/right-out plan.
