The addition along the south lot line will be 11’^ from the lot line, meeting the <br />10* minimum setback and allowing adequate room for grading a drainageway within the <br />property boundaries. <br />Staff Recommendation <br />Staff recommends approval of the hardcover and average setback variances per the <br />revised plans. A resolution for approval is attached. <br />COUNCIL ACTION REQUESTED <br />Adopt or amend the attached Resolution.
