The
Developer, staff and respective attorneys have reviewed the language of Planned Unit Development
Agreement No. 4 and have reached a consensus on a majority of the issues.
Outlot A Access Issue
The only apparent issue that remains for Council discussion is whether a right-in/right-out access
for Outlot A (commercial outlot at NW comer of Willow and 12) should be allowed on a permanent
basis, rather than just during the time the temporary sales trailer is in place. Options include:
1.Not address that issue until a development plan for Outlot A is brought to the City at some
future date, and omit any language from the PUD 4 Agreement that would prohibit or
approve such an access.
2.
3.
Add language that allows such access subject to final site plan review in the future.
Retain cunent draft language that prohibits such access.
I
J
