Hamm Trust <br />Our File No. H003605-031 <br />Dear Mike: <br />Enclosed are three Resolutions No. 4271 and 4335 you sent to me under letter dated <br />August 23, 2000. These Resolutions have been executed by Edward H. Hamm as Trustee. We <br />have made the appropiiate revisions on Page 1 and the signature page, including the notary form. <br />Also enclosed pursuant to your request is a copy of the Declaration of Subdivision <br />Covenants. Please note that it has been filed with the Hennepin County Recorder’s Office. <br />Finally, we have attached to the Resolutions the proper Exhibit A. This is the same <br />Exhibit A that was attached to the Declaration. There was an Exhibit A attached to one set of the <br />Declarations that was incorrect. I am enclosing a copy of that incorrect Exhibit A. The incorrect <br />Exhibit A describes the parcel south of Fox Street and another parcel south of County Road No. <br />15 on Lake Minnetonka. My understanding is that the Resolutions and Declaration cover the <br />property lying to the north of the center line of Fox Street.
