The prior approval expired in September 2002 without conunencement of <br />construction; however, fimding is now in place so construction can commence this spring. <br />For further information, please review the attached memo and exhibits. <br />Planning Commission Recommendation <br />Planning Commission reviewed this item on April 21,2003 and voted 7-0 to recommend approval <br />of the renewal CUP as presented. <br />Staff Recommendation <br />Staff recommends adoption uf the attached resolution. <br />COUNCIL ACTION REQUESTED <br />Adopt or amend the attached resolution.
