r* <br />Revised Draft 4-25-03 <br />ORDINANCE NO. , SECOND SERIES <br />AN ORDINANCE <br />AMENDING THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF ORONO <br />AND AMENDING THE OFFICIAL ZONING MAP <br />BY REZOMNG CERTAIN PROPERTY WITHIN <br />OUTLOT B, WILLOW PROPERTIES ADDITION, <br />HENNEPIN COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />FROM RR-IB SINGLE FAMILY RURAL RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT TO <br />PUD/RPUD RESIDENTIAL PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT <br />OR TO PUD/RR-IB RURAL RESIDENTIAL ZONING DISTRICT <br />AND ADDING SECTION 10.53 SUBDIVISION 11 REGARDING <br />PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT NO. 4 <br />- FILE #02-2789/02-2840 <br />^VHEREAS, the City of Orono is a municipal corporation organized and existing <br />under the laws of the State of Minnesota; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Orono has conceptually approved the <br />replatting of Outlot B, Willow Properties Addition, Hennepin County, Minnesota into Lots, Blocks <br />and Outlots within the proposed plat of STONEBAY, Hennepin County, Minnesota; including the <br />dedication ofpublic road and utility rights-of-way for Kelley Parkway, Willow Drive and U.S. Trunk <br />Highway 12; and <br />WII ERE AS, the City Council has approved the rezoning of proposed Lots I thru 46, <br />Block 1; Lots 1-10, Block 2; and Outlots A, B, C, D, E, F, G, H, I, J and K, STONEBAY, per the <br />findings, terms and conditions of Resolution No. 4915 adopted January 27, 2003, subject to <br />execution of PUD No. 4 Agreement between Dahlstrom Development LLC and the City of Orono, <br />and subject to completion of the platting of said STONEBAY. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ORONO <br />DOES HEREBY ORDAIN: <br />Section 1. The Municipal Code of Orono is amended by amending the ofTiciat zoning map and <br />zoning district boundaries for the property described as follows: <br />Lots 1-46 inclusive. Block 1; Lots 1-10 inclusive, Block 2; and Outlots E, F, G, <br />II, I, J and K, STONEBAY, Hennepin County, Minnesota. <br />Said property is hereby rezoned from RR-1B Single Fait«ily Rural Residential District to PUD/RPUD <br />Planned Unit Development Distrirt w ith RPUD (Residential Planned Unit Development District) <br />as the underlying district. <br />Page 1 of3 <br />* <br />JJ
