The approval included acceptance of certain wetland impacts <br />and setback variances, and Council also approved the temporary use of Outlot A at the comer of <br />Willow/12 for a sales trailer. <br />The applicants have submitted final development plans (57 sheets) for staff review and confinnation <br />of confomiancc with the provisions of Resolution No. 4915, and final plat drawings for review and <br />approval by the Council. The City Engineer has reviewed the plans regarding engineering matters <br />and has provided a letter with comments (Exhibit C). He has confimicd that no further changes to <br />the plat draw ings are expected. Staff is still reviewing the plan set but at this point we see only <br />minor revisions if any, and nothing that will require changes to the plat. <br />The applicants are requesting Final Plat Approval at this time. The attached Resolution includes <br />language that requires completion and execution of the PUD No. 4 Agreement and completion of <br />other actions prior to release of the Plat for filing. The applicants have indicated they will have the <br />mylars available for signature at Monday ’s meeting. A paper copy of the final plat draw ings is <br />attached as Exhibit A.
