Section 10.22, Subdivision 2 and Section 10.56, Subdivision 16 (L) (1) -topermit 2,079 s.f. <br />(26%) hardcover where none is allowed. <br />Additional Information Requested <br />1) The updated survey does not show the revised footprint for the site plan under review by the <br />Planning Commission. Should the Planning Commission make a recommendation of <br />approval an updated survey shall be provided before review by the City Council. <br />2) The survey shall also indicate the lowest floor elevation for the new residence to determine <br />the house will be located 3’ above the OHWL (929.4'). No land alteration can occur below <br />the defined flood elevation of 931.5’. <br />Staff Recommendation: <br />Staff recommends the final site plan not ekceed 1,500 s.f. The covered entrance on the street side <br />of the house constitutes 36 s.f. of structure. The overall plan is consistent with the approvals granted <br />for the two adjacent lots (both are similar situations being located within 75’ of the lakeshore). <br />0262) Fred A.
