The application was tabled with direction given to the applicant's <br />representative. The applicant has submitted a new site plan w ith minimal changes from the prior <br />plan. The variances required and the changes as proposed are listed below. <br />Also included is a picture depicting what the proposed changes will look like on the residence. <br />Pertinent Code Sections: <br />1. Section 10.22, Subd. 2 and Section 10.56, Subd (16) (L) (1); Hardcover in 0-75’ Setback: To <br />permit 1,343 s.f. of hardcover within 75’ of Lake Minnetonka where 0 s.f.
