(25%) is <br />allowed. <br />Discussion: <br />I'he applicant wishes to remodel and update the residence by attaching the detached garage, <br />adding a second story with dormers, and converting a deck into a screen porch. The second <br />story will be over the entire residence including the garage. The space that currently exists <br />between the house and garage will be filled in. The garage will be squared off, enlarging it <br />slightly. <br />3
