If the parties cannot mutually agree to a resolution through the mediation process <br />described above within 90 days after initiation of the mediation process, either party may <br />submit the issue to arbitration pursuant to the Uniform Arbitration Act, Chapter 572 of <br />the Minnesota Statues. Said Arbitration shall be binding on both parties. <br />14.
