Because the Orono City
Council and staff will be participating in a housing workshop at the same time as the MCWD
meeting, it is necessary to designate an official representative of the City to attend the MCWD
meeting. Because Gabriel Jabbour has been working closely with both the MCWD and Mn/DOT
regarding the Highway 12 Project permit, it is recommended that Gabriel be designated as the City’s
official representative.
COUNCIL ACTION REQUESTED:
Motion to designate Gabriel Jabbour as the City’s official representative to represent the City’s
interests in relation to the Mn/DOT permit application for the Highway 12 Project, and regarding
other issues of interest to the City that may be addressed at the February 27 MCWD meeting.
I ifffiM imi iiinhni inraMatiUHriMmttittlilamiaiim
