Because the Orono City <br />Council and staff will be participating in a housing workshop at the same time as the MCWD <br />meeting, it is necessary to designate an official representative of the City to attend the MCWD <br />meeting. Because Gabriel Jabbour has been working closely with both the MCWD and Mn/DOT <br />regarding the Highway 12 Project permit, it is recommended that Gabriel be designated as the City’s <br />official representative. <br />COUNCIL ACTION REQUESTED: <br />Motion to designate Gabriel Jabbour as the City’s official representative to represent the City’s <br />interests in relation to the Mn/DOT permit application for the Highway 12 Project, and regarding <br />other issues of interest to the City that may be addressed at the February 27 MCWD meeting. <br />I ifffiM imi iiinhni inraMatiUHriMmttittlilamiaiim
